Rail Maintenance Impacting E and W Lines Tues-Thurs, April 8-10
From Tuesday, April 8 through Thursday, April 10, RTD will perform essential rail maintenance which will impact service on the E and W lines.
- E Line
- No rail service between 10th•Osage and Union Station
- Trains will reroute, running from 10th•Osage to Colfax at Auraria and beyond to serve the Downtown Loop
- Free MallRide connects Downtown Loop and Union Station
- W Line
- Bus shuttles replace trains between Decatur•Federal and Union Station
- Trains will operate on a regular schedule between JeffCo Gov’t Center•Golden and Decatur•Federal
- Bus shuttles will serve the following stations while track maintenance takes place:
- Union Station: Gate B22 (in Underground Bus Concourse)
- Ball Arena•Elitch Gardens:
- To Union Station: South side of Auraria Pkwy at 9th St
- To Decatur•Federal: North side of Auraria Pkwy at 9th St
- Empower Field at Mile High & Auraria West:
- Union Station: East side of 5th St at Larimer St
- To Decatur•Federal: West side of 5th St at Larimer St
- Decatur•Federal: Gate A

Rail Maintenance Impacting L Line Service Monday, April 14
On Monday, April 14 RTD will suspend L Line service to conduct essential rail maintenance.
- Customers can explore Bus Route 43 as an alternative to the L Line.
- D and H lines will continue to operate.
- Service will resume Tuesday, April 15.

Light Rail Speed Restrictions
Speed restrictions are in place for E, H, R and D line trains traveling along the Southeast Corridor. The 10 mile-per-hour speed restrictions will be in place until necessary preventative maintenance work is completed. As repairs are made to isolated sections of track, speed restrictions will continue to be lifted. Learn More
Free MallRide Detour April 9-11
The Free MallRide will detour from April 9–11, operating along 15th and 17th Streets between Wynkoop and Larimer due to sanitary work closures on 16th Street as part of the 16th Street Mall Project.
